Battery charger for the generator


I have a 2005 Carver 411 and the battery charger for the generator does not seem to be getting power to charge the battery. I have searched for a tripped breaker but can't find one. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks, Neil
