2005 Carver 360 Sport Sedan Cockpit Drains

I have just purchased this boat last week and have a few questions. The cockpit drains.... They are hidden with no access to the top of them to clear any clogs. I was very fortunate while I was bringing her down the Mississsippi from LaCrosse WI to St. Louis last week to be a part of the May Fly hatching event at Captain Kirks Marina. Literally thousands of these on the boat and 3 people 1 hour to get rid of them at 5 am. Trying to clean the cockpit deck flushing these out and I'm pretty sure the drains are slightly clogged. Unless I'm blind, I see no way of getting to these drains other than from under neath pulling those stiff hoses off. And to me very odd that these actually drain under water. That brings up another issue. How are you supposed to winterize these? Our boats are in covered slips but stay in the water which we bubble but I need to blow back through the seacock and close so they don't burst. My only thought is to cut those hoses and engineer something so I can force air or water back up for clogs and air only back down for winterizing.... More to come and very much appreciate any suggestions.

Dave
