2007 40 MY salon AC access


Hey all,

We are recently proud owners of a new to us 2007 40 MY model 3808, and the learning has begun...

I found under berth access to 2 stateroom AC of the 3 AC units on-board, but the unit in the salon is behind panels on the starboard side above the stairs to the aft cabin, but below the floor of the cockpit above. No clues in the manual about how to access this unit for maintenance (cleaning screens, coolant, etc. etc.)

Anybody have any suggestions about how to access this unit?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions / reference to other homework I can do on maintaining our new cruiser...
