Does anyone use iPhone Apps to keep their logbook, navigation, and repair/maintenance records? I have found a lot of Boating Apps in the iPhone App Store, but am overwhelmed by the choices. 1984 3207 Aft Cabin has always had good working toilets until this last couple weeks

All at once when the toilets are flushed no fresh water enters the toilet and the (liquid) exits the boat on the port side

With very high freshwater temps and living aboard full time,I am having to clean A/C strainer weekly. It was suggested that I place a small chlorine (pool) tablet in strainer to help. It sounds like a reasonable solution, however I do not want to damage coils or other components. Any experience/feedback would be appreciated.

I have always done my fresh water system winterization and A/C system myself. For the A/C, I will shut the petcock for the raw water inlet, (as I do it while in the water), then open the strainer. I take a hose from the dock supply, and fill the strainer and run the A/C's, a few minutes to flush them free of salt water. Then, once done, I will pour pink antifreeze into the strainer (usually 5 or 6 gallons to ensure I get all the water diluted to pink) and run the system on both heat and cool, wh ...
