Just became a member and looking for answers already! Recently bought the Carver and I am lacking any real electrical drawings. Problem being faced is this;



When power is applied to console and fuel level is sought by switch, either Port or Starboard:

A) Lights come on the fuel indicator gage

B) No needle is ever show

C) 5 gallons of fuel has already been placed in each tank



Since I see no change when calling either tank, it appears either an open wire or bad gage. But I would love to ...

Does anyone out there have a set of 22" x 22"x 1 3/8" shaft props that they would like to get rid of? The prop shop just called and my port one has a crack. I'm checking ebay but thought I'd ask out here too.

I'm the proud new owner of my first ever boat a 2003 Carver Mariner 350 . I purchased this Mariner out of Oklahoma and it's currently on its way here to San Diego California and should arrive by this Friday. Hoping to learn as much as I can from you guys and maybe meeting some fellow Carver owners here around San Diego.

Anyways I know how much people like pictures so here are some of when it got loaded for the move.

The sliding main hatch on our 400 is requiring more frequent attention to stay sliding. Any hints on how to get to the slider/roller on the upper and lower edges? And then what they are made of, to use the correct lubricant.
This is the smoked acrylic(?) in the inverted L shaped, and the brand is Ultrac.
I googled the brand and got nothing on Google.

Well hello boys and girls. I've thrown my neck out and and am sitting at the hospital waiting to be seen. Free Healthcare is awfully nice but it's not fast!
I wonder if you guys might weigh in on this. Every winter I wrap my demanding mistress - a 1990 3807. Why do we do this? She sits in the water every summer exposed to the elements rain and hail aand scorching sun. If I were to remove all canvas and cushion then just protect the helm what issues am I introducing? Thanks all!
