Voyager 450 Waste Pipe Access

Postby Sgodfrey » December 7th, 2019, 9:09 pm

Hello

I have a 2000 voyager 450 that smells due to waste line issues. My current plan is to start replacing the accessible sanitation lines in the engine room. The carver parts manual has some drawings that explain the general layout.

It seems to me that sections of the port side and starboard side lines are difficult to access.

Has anyone figured out a way to access the waste lines under the galley on the Port side ? Specifically the flexible hose from the head to the pvc pipe and flexible hose from the pvc pipe to the port vacuum pump in the engine room?

No real help here but I will look next time I'm down on the boat. It all looks pretty crowded down there behind the waste tanks. :banghead:

Thank you. I think I need to remove the washer dryer but before doing that I wanted to see if anyone else had replaced the port side hose

In my 99 450 Voyager with the port side head with shower not the third state room model. The access is through the under sink cabinet. I remove the door, remove the shelves and lift and slide the screen section of the floor toward the stern. access is then through that opening for 2 A/C units. I found the pipe that runs through that area is PVC. The forward flex hose from that pipe can be seen through the floor hatch outside the day dead that goes from the PVC to the day head toilet. I don't remember if the stern flex hose begins in and can be accessed from the under galley area or not. Most of the flex can be seen at the Vacuflush pump for the day head and around the tanks.
