Battery Bank / Bilge Wiring

I had a ~20 year old 30A Guest 3 bank charger connected to all three banks. That replaced a 10A two bank charger that came with the boat, but it was also an after-market install (at least I suspect it was because of the way it was installed). A battery charger was a factory option from Carver but I'm not sure what they would have put in.
