Okay thanks for the suggestion - it has power -so it appears all my bulbs are burnt out. I can not find a source for 12v 4' flourscent bulbs - any suggestios or where to buy direct wire 12 v fixtures.

Lots of possibilities however replacing with led bar lighting on 12v would be the best option IMHO. Here you may find a bulb solution however like I said, voltage will determine what you need.
