Refrigerator and Battery switch

A couple quick questions:
When we plug our 3207 into shore power, the fridge should automatically kick over to the 120 volt right? If we are not going to be on the boat, do we shut down all the 12 volt with the master switch on the panel? Do we leave the 12 volt master on as well as the switch for the fridge? How about the battery switch? 1, 2, both or off?

Thanks.

I always turned my batteries off whenever we left the boat, and ran it on 120vac. (2807 and 4207). And when the 3697 is done, I'll do the same.

A/C units, fridges, ice makers and battery charger kept running all the time. Bilge pumps are wired automatic even with bats off.
