I have a 2002 Voyager 570. The other day at an out station I came back to return to home port and my Garmins said they were getting low voltage. Sure enough batteries were not getting charged. Shore power nor generator charges house batteries but ac works fine. Batteries are fairly new and check good. Inverter charger seems to be working ok. I think that maybe an inline fuse or breaker is blown between charger and batteries but can't find it! Help!

Are you sure all the battery switches are on? While underway the alternators should be charging your batteries so it is odd that you get a low battery warning while underway. You say the generator does not charge the batteries which should run your battery charger, is the charger breaker on? Normally anything that has to do with propulsion will operate off of the engine battery/s which includes all gauges and instruments, not the house bank.

Sounds to me that you need to start investigating with a volt meter and find out what is charging and what is not. Have you gone into the engine room
and looked at the individual chargers and your inverter while the boat is plugged in to shore power? You should see charging amps on the charger or at least some LEDs telling you the status. You need to begin isolating the possibilities systematically. I just bought a 506 with a 2500 watt inverter and I am in the middle of figuring out how everything is wired, After twenty years and multiple upgrades with little to no documentation I want to map every thing out so I know how things are wired for when its time to trouble shoot things like you are about to. There is so little convention when it comes to how these boats are wired so it can be quite the wild good chase trouble shooting.
