Yes your probably 99% right for boat side, black hot white neutral. However a quick check with a volt meter would confirm any doubt if somebody did something stupid.
If you don't have one I would suggest getting one there is do many things you check /verify . Like battery voltage, continuity, switch connections etc.
Looks like canda uses a different wire color red and black instead of the US 120 . I'm guessing your familiar with that.

Boat side...Black is hot, White is Neutral, Green is ground.
Stove side, may be an issue since red and Black are normally hot wires which are normal colors for a 220v connection and not 120v. Yellow with green stripe is ground. Take a look at the specs of the stove to confirm it is 120V. Or tell me what the tag says on the black wire. I can clearly see L2 on the red but the tag on the black is hidden. Point is I think you bought the wrong voltage stove.
On a normal 120v wiring of your stove it should be the same colors as the boat. Green varies in green color and even yellow with a green stripe, it's all the same ground wire. The red is not normal for 120v wiring, it should be white.

I think you have a 240vac stove top. You'll need to get a 120vac stove top.

Thank you so much for the feedback. I checked Amazon and clearly made a mistake it is a 220-240 v stove according to description.
