Completed Spiral Stairs

Post by 1000islands »

Well after much discussion as to where to cut the railing and where to place the top stair, it's completed all except a plate for the top which should be arriving very soon .
I just have to figure out how to clean the rust on the platform and the marks from the previous ladder.

Oh yea, I need to install a swim ladder also.

Looks nice. great job. I considered doing that for my mariner but can't figure out the hatch problem below it.
Thanks,
Steve

Did you ever get the top step sent to you? We have been waiting since the first week of July. Left voicemails and emails - no response.

appreciate if you can repost the pics of the stairs - just purchased a 33 aft cabin and weighing the options of going for spiral sets. Yet hear they are just as difficult to manuver as the vertical ones ... thoughts
