Looking for 404
Reformed sailing couple in the Chesapeake looking to find a well maintained late model 404.
Any leads? Thank you.
Hope to join the Carver ranks soon.

Re: Looking for 404
McDaniels in Northeast MD was the biggest Carver dealer on the east coast for years, and they stocked what they could sell quickly. Diesels put boats like the 355, 390, 404 405 above the 400k mark and pushing 500+. They quickly learned most people would op for the biggest boat they could get at the lowest price and they liked a lot of options, but comfort options. So most diesels were special order making them few and far between.
