anyone have a source for new lock cylinders or even new latches for the sets of sliding doors on a 1994 39 Cockpit Motor Yacht? I would like to replace new rather than remove the cylinders and bring to a lock smith.

Contact Carver with your hull number and they should be able to give you a part number and manufacturer, they may even have them in stock. It may be a Southco lock. You can also contact them, send a picture and see if they can match it up. Here is their site with contact info:

If you can't find anyone with blanks, try http://mobellakeys.com/products/Mobella_Blanks.htm You can get blanks from them or order the cut key by giving them the number stamped on your key. Keep in mind there are 800 and 900 series designs. The first digit in the key number indicates the series.
