What are these switches

I have 4 switches on my dashboard. Two of them I can read and two are wore to the point they are unreadable. Does anyone know what they do? Also, do you know where I can order new ones with the correct labels?

Sometimes I try shining different colored lights at an angle on the surface and you can read some faded labels better. If you have a laser pointer, try that too.

Here are my guesses on the wording:

Switch 1 - no idea
Switch 2 Cruise1, OFF, Cruise 2
Switch 3 no idea (maybe Fast?), Slow, Idle
Switch 4 + RPM -

What do they do? Total mystery

There are hundreds of choices, I would call them, they are very helpful. They are suppliers for OEM Searay parts and those are the same switches on Sea Rays of that vintage.

Ran across this today. Looks like your panel extends to the right further, so you couldn't actually use these, but the labelling/use would be the same I would think. There are a few companies out there that will make custom-engraved covers for those switches too, so you could even change the descriptions a bit if you wanted to.

Thank you all for the information. My guess is Engine Sync, Cruise 1/2, Slow Idle, and RPM adjust. I'll be on my boat in a couple of weeks and try it out.

Sounds like features I'd like to have. Mine is older than that I suppose. I have a dial that shows the balance of engines RPM. nothing more. And only downstairs in the cabin.

I would have expected a bit smarter material such as a physical engine synchroniser: shove the throttle handles and both engines produce an equal thrust. Apparently that was not relevant at the time without engine electronics. So I keep fiddling with the throttle handles, listen to hear the interference of the engine sounds and look at the RPM dials to find a good balance.

After all long overdue maintenance jobs are done I might have a go at it with some electronics and servo's.
Although, usually by that time I've moved on to a more modern vessel that has that on board or got used to that fiddling and not care so much about improving old stuff any more
