Pretty sure there's at least one member that's had to do that. I don't believe it's hard at all, as long as you have something to handle the weight, like a tall forklift or hoist.

We did when we bought our 87 36. It's freakin heavy! Wife and i did it alone. We had no idea. But once it was loose, we had to set it down. If i had to do it again, at least 3 big guys.
Where the boat was stored, there was no way to get a lift truck.

Also had to remove the windshield. And the big aft chair over the cabin door
Thanks

How much was prep and shipping? I nearly pulled the trigger on a 360 up north but had quotes and warnings all over the place from $3500 to to $16k plus a crane to unload at the new marina. Btw, I still get txts and emails asking if I’m ready to ship and it’s been 3 months.

You remove the pilots footwell and climb under the dash. You'll see the bolts sticking through. Taking it apart and putting it back together, if i recall correctly, was in a certain order to get everything together. But not a big deal. We stored it all in the front stateroom while the boat was moved and while we worked on getting it back in shape.

We only moved it about 25 miles, from Oselka in New Buffalo to Brians in Saint Joseph.
