Sliding door track for 440 carver Trojan 1999

Postby Katdd25 » July 23rd, 2022, 9:37 am

The sliding door that leads into the galley on my express cruiser is not working properly. The track appears to be broken. The narrow piece on the track wore down. Does anyone know the replacement part for the track?

There is a Stainless Steel repair track that snaps over the existing track available at Home Depot .

I did the fix on our 1994 Voyager 3 years ago and still working great .

I removed the door to fit the track and then reinstalled the door to make sure everything worked ,

Then I removed the door and used silicone to glue down the repair track .

Smoothed and Quieted the door opening .
