Need help finding exhaust/water 4x4x5 T with surge protection

I have a 96 Carver Santego 380 that needs an exhaust/water T replaced. The problem is there are 2 surge flappers embedded in the T. So far I cannot find a replacement. I contacted Centek and they said it is no longer manufactured. The closest part is a 4x4x5 T without the anti surge protection inside. Any advice is appreciated I’ve attached pictures below.

Have you tried taking it to a fiberglass shop for repairs? A marine shop has probably dealt with this before. If you have to go new and can't get the original, get the tee and install a separate single 5" in-line exhaust check valve. Centek carries them but there are others. We have the marina do that and unfortunately, it’s still leaking and the check valves are still loose and rattling. We will probably rebuild the whole system as a result. Thanks.
