Drain tube splash guard
2006 39my - I’ve been looking for this rubber fitting for two years. It located on the exterior near the window on the aft deck. I don’t even know what you call it. The attached picture may be coming in sideways. Any suggestions on what it is called and where to find a replacement? Much appreciated!.

Welcome aboard.
That looks like a hooded drain thru-hull fitting. See if Marine Town still carries them....

Here's one I found on-line which looks like the one but am unsure about the size and it's overseas. I see the brand is Marine Town too, so we might be on to something....

Re: Drain tube splash guard
Those seem to have either a 25mm ODF or 32 which I doubt the hose connected to it is that big. Verify the hose size before ordering anything IMHO. Probably better off with a fuel vent in chrome or stainless. At least those will look good for decades to come unlike the PVC one that looks bead afetr a few yers in the sun.
That being said, the fuel units are made for 5/8" hose, worst case scenaron is you will need to enlarge or reduce the hose size if i is not compatible with the OEM size hose.
Here are some examples. Perko makes one that is quite similar to the existing model if you scroll down a bit.

Seadog also has one available made of Nylon which would hold up much better then PVC. Only available in black though.

Re: Drain tube splash guard
To add.
Another way to clean it up if you want , just fit a clamshell cover over that broken end there just leave the existing where it is.. They come in all kinds of sizes, finishes.

FWIW.....The above is just my opinion.

Re: Drain tube splash guard
Ya I agree with both the above, you're better off switching to stainless steel even if it's not the same design.
