Vessel Info: 1992 Carver 36 aft cabin with Volvo 740b engines. Westerbeke 5kw generator. Bought the boat in Portland Oregon in June, and a friend and I brought it up to Sidney, BC. Great trip!

I swapped the lower working lower port tach with the non working upper port tach last year. Now, the swapped upper tach isn’t working, so I’ll swap the working lower starboard tach to the upper helm and see how long that one lasts. But, now I’ll have no working tachs at tye lower helm, but that’s OK.

Well, I swapped the working tach from the lower station to the upper station and it works fine, so it has to be a problem with the tachs. I guess that I’ll just replace both lower station tachs with some aftermarket tachs.
