Does anyone have any suggestions on websites or other places to replace the stove/oven in my 1988 3607 aft cabin. All three burners were causing electrical shortages and it was old so we removed it, but are now looking to replace it. Thank you in advance. If you didn't use (or don't plan to use) the oven section much then you might just think about replacing that with a microwave or small convection toaster oven and then replace the burner assembly with a 2 or 3 burner glass cooktop.

On our '92 3307 AC, the PO removed the electric stove and installed a Samsung microwave/convection oven combo . We added a 2-hob induction cooktop https://www.amazon.com/Duxtop-9620LS-In ... 1800-Watt/

This freed up an extra 25% counter space, cooks everything, and the cook top can even be easily moved to the sundeck for alfresco service!

When we had our 36’ Uniflte, I replaced the old stove/oven with a new “ RV” stove/oven for about $400 probably close to 15 years ago. That boat still has the same stove/oven, and it’s working perfectly. We’re going to pull the electric stove/oven out of our 36 Carver and replace it with a propane stove/oven and I’m seriously considering replacing it with another RV stove/oven. I doubt that there much difference between a “ marine “ stove/oven than a nice RV stove/oven, except the price.

Just to add here for safety....if considering installing non marine rated appliances in your boat it may be a good idea to make sure the wiring is acceptable for a boat application. Specifically the ground neutral relationship, there may be no issue at all but then there might be with offshore stuff and can show up when a fault occurs.

I believe a good marine electrician could help here.
