Looking for photos of FWC/closed cooling systems on 87/90 3807 aft cabin, with 7.4 merc's. Including the mounting brackets that hold the heat exchanger. Also where the hoses are routed to. Is heat exchanger located on the front of engine by water pumps, or above transmission? Getting boat ready to head south next next winter. Boat has been in fresh water its whole life.

Ron, if you get me an engine serial number, I might be able to look up the FWC option and the parts

How does B654820 & B654626 work for you. I pulled these out of the manual.

The serial numbers wouldn't come up for me but this falls within that serial number range. Not a picture of the actual set up on an engine but it gives you an outline of the circuit and parts involved. Unfortunately we don't have many FWC units of that vintage up my way but if I come across one in the short term, I'll try and get some pics for you.
