50 125 Pedestal Connectors
These are the 50/125 type as shown. I am told 50/125/250 will not work.
I am running 2 eel converters to connect to the 30 amp connectors as shown
I have updated the pedestal to 50 amp breakers but I need the 50/125 connectors for the pedestal so the boat will have the correct setup.
Any idea where I can obtain 2 50/125 connectors for the pedestal itself at?

I hope you checked the wire size to the pedestal as a 50a connector does require a larger gauge feed wire. Running 50a through a 30a rated wire will get rather hot! I know your boat will never draw that much but technically speaking you should check it out to be on the safe side.

Re: 50 125 Pedestal Connectors
Tony lives on B pier that can be seen in the background. Tony is about 60 and has a 65 ft newer houseboat and the marina uses him. He has been an electrician most of his life I am told.
He told me he could replace the breakers in the pedestal but that wasnt going to do anything until I got off the eel pigtails. He said it would be almost impossible to find these connectors but ya found them. I purchased both from the link provided. Thanks Hans

Pier is concrete as shown and about 5 years old. Not sure about the gauge wire but I will ask. I only have the 2 a/c's running most of the time. $155 light bill last month ouch but she is warm or cool everytime I step on board and I keep a heater set at 69 in the hull so my engines stay warm with all doors closed.
Thanks again for everything and I will ask the electrician about your questions....

Normally taken out every other week for an hour or so. I call it stretching her legs.
I plan on doing a lot to her this summer. How often do ya run your engines and is there anything I need to do to keep the electrical up to date ya might can think of?

We have always done a good job budgeting our amperage useage and don’t run the coffee maker at the same time as the air conditioners, etc but can be a pain at times.

2) Rewire your boat for a single 50a/250v socket. Probably best done by an electrician. You would need to replace your power cord and would probably need expensive adapters.
