ISO Spacesaver II coffeemaker

Post by Schoony »

Hello, I am looking for a replacement Black and Decker SpaceSaver II coffeemaker that came installed from the factory. They were discontinued, but I am hoping someone out there has a working one squirreled away somewhere. We currently have an empty void in our galley cabinet because the previous owners of our 466 were tea drinkers.

I'm pretty sure they were discontinued due to fire hazards. You may want to look for something else.

Before posting, I had been scouring Ebay. Many for sale were missing parts, or not in full working order. I searched Facebook Marketplace and found a local person selling a pristine one for $12. Counting my lucky stars! Now I need to find out about possible fire hazards.

Great news! The older models, like mine, were just replaced by newer designs. It was some of the newer models that were recalled.

For future reference, if anyone is looking to fill an empty void where a coffeemaker had once been, the model numbers that fit are Black and Decker ODC-325 and ODC-150.
