i have a 2008 Mariner 350.
my breaker for the aft bilge pump keeps tripping.
went to look at but cant really get to it. it is behind the generator. i can see it (barely) but cannot get to it.
any suggestions?

Welcome aboard.
There's either a short in the circuit or the pump is probably seized. Maybe someone with a similar Mariner will chime in with a suggestion for accessibility. Failing that, you can always relocate a new one closer to a location where you can get to it easily for servicing in the future.

That is brutal back there, any work will be done with a mirror and one hand unless you are like gumby. Unfortunately that is the only place for that particular pump on this model I believe.
Now after saying that I believe it might be possible to remove the mounting fasteners in the gen base and pull it forward or twist it around to maybe give some more room......I might try this on the next impeller change.Good luck and if you find someway in there please post as I for one, would love the info as well.......
