Curious what it would do if you ran it in heat mode instead of cooling mode? Works fine? Or errors out?

Thanks to everyone for your advice. We are out for our annual two week cruise and will let you know the outcome soon. Fortunately the weather hasn’t demanded the AC very often, we’ve been at anchor most of the time with a nice breeze.

Wow that's odd, it's been killer hot up my way. Not complaining though, I'll take it for as long as we can get it. Have a great trip.

The unit will run fine for about 10 minutes and then shut down followed by the HHH code

Darren, I am late to the game on this post. The HHH code as mentioned earlier is a lack of water flow. You can try running compressed air through the system from the through hull fitting. I am assuming you have opened and cleaned your strainer at the thru-hull fitting?

Yes, strainer is clean and forced ‘garden hose pressure’ through the system. I think I may try pulling the unit in the spring and bring to a service depot to be inspected.

I’ll provide an update
