The other thing you can do is stick your phone in there and either take pictures or a video. You might need to stick some kind of light in there if it's really dark. You might also have to take a few pictures to get one in focus if you're taking it completely blind - that's where video might come in handy as it's constantly refocusing.

FOUND the problem!!! The oil cooler has a crack in it and is leaking water. Now to find the part number for replacement!

Is that a missing bolt for the bracket, or did you take that loose to get a better looK?

I took the bolt off in order to pull the cooler off the impeller outlet hose. FYI the impeller flows water into the oil cooler fine. It all leaks out of a crack in the cooler housing.

Seems to be some different part numbers. Can y’all tell which one it is?

Are you saying all of the discharge from the water pump leaks out of the crack in the cooler housing and you have no discharge water at all coming out of the engine exhaust ?.....just to clarify.
FWIW.....The above is just my opinion.

I'm wondering if that heat exchanger is also plugged up inside and that's why you're not seeing water flow the rest of the way down

Ya if it's just a crack, you should still be getting water out of the exhaust port, that pump pumps a lot of water so there's either a restriction or it's not pumping properly.
Post the engine serial number and I'll see if I can find the part number for the cooler on that particular build, or go here and punch in your serial number at the top:

Dang, I didn’t get the serial number while I was down there. As for the crack, it’s a large crack like the weld came loose at the end cap and created a gap about half the diameter of the hose itself, allowing a lot of water out. My wife was viewing the exhaust at the swim platform and noted “a little water comes out when I revved the engine, but not as much as the starboard side”.
