Michigan Motorz ok? Need new long block

Post by CptBacardi »

Some of y’all may recall that I need to replace one of the 454 long blocks in my ‘89 Carver. Has anyone ordered from Michigan Motorz? Any feedback or other recommendations? Thanks

I have not personally, but had a friend many years ago that got a long block from them and was very satisfied.

I've read several reports of folks who were pretty impressed with them too, especially their phone capabilities. Only heard one issue that I can recall and that is where one guy received the wrong motor but they sent the correct one right away.

If I had to do a motor right now they would certainly be in consideration.

Thank you km. I just found another place. Promar Precision Engines. They actually have a lower price and a 4.75 out of 5 BBB rating. Anyone gone that route?

M Motors is tops. Bought a few from them, last was a 7.4 GenV remanned long block. Super quality and customer service.
