I have a Voyager 450. Does anyone know how the stern line chocks are attached? I want to remove them and have them re-powder coated.

I took a look at my 450 yesterday, the best I can tell the nonskid on top is caulked into place. If you remove that piece there are screws and what looks Ike a bracket underneath. You can get a look from outside of the boat. Please let me know how you make out.
