We switched to heat mode for a few minutes, no change

If she's clean, the compressor is definitely running, she's pumping water, and neither the heat or cold cycles work, it's likely you have a refrigeration related issue such as the compressor or refrigerant charge. If I recall, this boat is new to you, do you know if there is a service history on this unit? Can't tell you how many times I've run into the wrong refrigerant/oil used in a repair. That'll toast the compressor for sure.
