Same here gutted the interior completely on 3807. Right down to bulk heads and fiberglass sides. Lots of parts found at Marine Connection in Ft. Pierce Fl. On work on boat during the winter. Heading for lunch date this spring. Debug any issues, then head south to Florida next September. New Plasteak flooring going in now, counter tops almost finished, trim work, paint bottom. I will try to post some photos. Location Lake Erie.

I have bought a 3807 that has wet core and delamination above the aft cabin side windows. Any ideas how to dry that out or replace core?
