Have you checked that the pump you refer to is not a fuel polisher? I have the same transfer lines; but in addition behind the stb engine there is a fuel polishing system, which is only activated by a circuit breaker.

If they have never been used it wouldn't surprise me if there was a build up of gel blocking the transfer.

Hey sorry haven’t been on all summer :) The boat has ridiculously low hours on it so it doesn’t appear the previous owner did any mechanical add-ons of that nature. But thanks for the thought. Now the boat is in drydock I plan on digging into the fuel system and figuring out if this transfer pump exist or not. Also moving one of the water separators from in front of the port engine to in front of the starboard engine where it is accessible.
