hi guys, I work in the Middle East and we can't always buy the top brands. I work with a lot of Cat engines and Perkins Like C-15 and C-18 and 3406 but we always change oil and filters at 300 hours. If we can we will use top brand oils and filters but many times we use Fram, Napa, Wix and a Turkish brand Sampiyon. I never had a problem with these lower rated brands. But like I said, we change them every time after 300 hours max.
