AC Unit fault

I spoke to Marine Air System today, now called Dometec. They suggested my problem is either an electrical connection fault or a need to reset the software. Software reset is done by turning circuit breaker off and holding down all four control buttons and then breaker on. Will attempt reset soon and reply with result. Thanks all.
