Mine is a 53’ but here’s a few ideas.
You are right, no storage in the galley!
I had a cabinet made to replace the TV cabinet. Looks great and has 4 precious drawers!
Mine has a chair beside the bar. The area between the chair and wall have become storage for bags, boxes and a few toss cushions. I put a large trunk-like basket wit a hinged top at the end of the sofa for extra pop, grilling stuff, assorted junk. Two nice sturdy rectangular baskets in the ledge over the cooktop and microwave for chips, snacks. I have 2 plates, 2 mugs, 2 Terri’s, 2 Yetis in the cabinet. Don’t need much!
Up top we added a dorm size SS fridge, meant for outdoor kitchens. Good for extra juice, overflow food or just beer. I’ll try to send pics.
2 large Yeti coolers on the cockpit. 1 used for extra drinks the other has ice. Good seating too.
We still have bags of chips in the bedroom closet and paper products, beach towels, on the bunk beds.
I think the pics worked.
