I have done 4 boats. This is an easy job. For the effort you going to go through get a new one. You will get all new seals. Note: use butyl for your bedding compound. This is what auto manufactures use on car windshields so they do not leak. Do not use silicon. It will last a long time. Do the job right the first time. The labor will be the same. But only once.
