Re: Interior Varnish
I used Lust on the exterior wood on our 1975 Santa Cruz. I used the Gloss. When I got the first can I got an email from Jamestown Distributors who make it saying it wasn't up to their standards. Nothing wrong with it as such just that it had a slight purple tint in the can. Would apply and dry just fine but wasn't suppose to have the purple tint. They offered a refund or a free can which I took and said to use the first can up which I did. Was very pleased. Will be ordering some more here shortly. Jim

Re: Interior Varnish
Confirmation as promised. The product Carver provided when the boat was new is Mohawk as listed in previous post. Product number on can is M603-3016. It is a maintenance type product to renew and moisturize. If you are planning to sand and change color, I use Sikkens Cetol for teak. Comes in natural, light & dark teak shades. Top with Sikkens Gloss for a shiny effect if you want that. Good luck!

It's been a while since I had my 1988, 3807, but pretty sure my woodwork was not oiled.
