The good news - insurance companies are not hard to deal with after a disaster. They know their job is to write checks, not quibble over details. The hardest part is getting a good estimate because everyone is so busy. The adjustor might just say "total" and pay the insured value or may want an estimate - it depends on the adjustor's experience level.

Hey guys! We're back!!!! We closed on our 1998 Carver Mariner 350 on Friday and brought her to our marina. She is being renamed to 'Betsea'. Happy to be a Carver Owner again!

Congrats! That ended up in a good way. Beautiful Mariner - both of them! Friend of mine has that exact model and loves it! Probably even more open salon compared to your Santego! Happy cruising!
