Okay getting 120 on one and 60 on the other, appears we may have found the issue, thanks guys!

Ya it seems one of the legs isn't powered up. You'll need a volt meter to take some reading. It the pedestal tests okay, you'll have to work your way back to the boat and check the inlet and the main breaker. When you turn on the shore power mains, do the "Power Available" LEDs light up?

The 120 and 60 were at the pedestal, so it'll be start from there and work back towards the house. But at least a "regular" electrician can handle it, vs having to find a Marine specialist!

Just be sure whoever you get is aware of marine wiring on board a boat in regards to grounding and neutrals......I am sure he will if reminded......good luck man and be safe.
