include the terms on splitting up. When one for whatever reason wants to stop using it, or stop owning it. There's the problem for the other one to bear all the cost alone suddenly.
Look at it like a divorce going the hard way, with a house, dog or kids that can't be halved to match the cost it had to each partner.
