Hi team Carver - been awhile - sorry, this pesky work thing..... meh. I heard back from Trend Marine in the UK that they only made the glass for the windows..... they did not make any of the hardware, so back to the drawing board. I have bought a few cap nuts, bolts and bolt extenders to try and replicate - not working well. I'm currently focused on some other stuff as the opening gun approaches, and will get back to this pursuit soon.

Regards,
Dave B

Just remember.. "there's more than one way to skin a cat"!! **

When you get a chance, take some more pictures of all the parts involved, as well as try and get some specs on the threads by matching them up to known bolts or screws, as well as things like how thick the window is.

Might be able to come up with something similar that will 100% function as good, but using some different hardware to get there.
