Ya I agree with all the above and I think there may be something going on with both the AC and DC systems. A couple of things you said makes me think you should load test all your batteries, and take a look at your battery charger, if it's the old original equipment, is the meter on it jumping back and forth periodically? If it is you either have a bad battery bank or the charger has an issue. For that vintage, if it's a problem with the charger, replace it IMO.

Thank you everyone for all the help and advice. Turns out the Line 2 shore power cable was burnt and the outlet it plugged into was also bad. I replaced the outlet and got a new shore power cable and it fixed it. Thank you again to everyone who replied and gave me advice.
