Well, I had the boat pulled..the winner is dgreen with the spec sheet. Thank you! The props are Hung Shen 22L 22 4 blade props, I sent them to the prop shop they were repared for about 1k. One was out more than the other, no major damage. While the boat was out I had the trim tabs serviced and the bottom cleaned. Despite an earlier cleaning by a diver there were still areas of barnicles etc. There were also a couple older repairs that were failing so I had them done. Once I got the boat on the the river and drove it it was like a new boat. The right engine that always ran at 190 was now at 180. I was able to cruise at 20 knots at 3200 rpm while previously it was about 16. The boat ran super smooth. I now have a proper benchmark "feel". Even before the hit, apparently the boat was not right. Yes, the properly operating trim tabs help a bunch. Lesson is if you buy a 30 year old boat thats in the water, pull it and inspect the bottom and props, maybe send them out. These didn't "look" that bad but man what a difference. Thank everyone for thier input. Great forum!
