Anything is possible. Make sure you check the steering arm located by the rudders for a leak. That is very typical.

There are a handful of O-rings in there that eventually will harden and allow some leaking. Not really that hard to replace, just have to be careful taking apart and re-assembling. And there are some springs in there too, so be careful when you open it up. Definitely look at videos or follow the threads on this site where folks have detailed info on how they rebuilt theirs.MCADRG wrote:QR_BBPOST It looks like my upper helm is Hynautic H-52 model.
