Carver 355 sliding door - difficult to slide

The spray lubricant does not track into the cabin. I used it on a previous Carver which also had a rough sliding door. The product works and is certainly a much lower cost alternative to rebuilding the door tracks.

I have the same problem with the sliding door for years I just found a spray at menards called Blaster dry lube with Teflon I was also missing a screw and nut on the bottom replaced it and the door now can be slid now with 1 finger and it is dry lube and doesn’t track in the cabin wish I tried this years ago but it works great now

Clean, clean, clean the tracks!!
Then use a dry silicone or teflon lubricant sparingly.
I've found the key is to keep the tracks clean. All dust and dirt seems to find its way in there. If you use to much or the wrong lubricant, it just traps more dirt and makes it worse very quickly.

^^This^^. Cleaning is step one. Then I used 3 in1 silicone spray and no problems afterwards.
