Just to add, 3500 rpm may be just on plane for that boat.

You should be able to find the specs for your engine if you know the model and the year. A bit searching on the Internet should find plenty of reliable OEM sources. The operator's manual or service manual should have that info too.
There's not a huge difference in the 3 blade vs 4 blade, so long as each are sized appropriate for the powertrain and hull.
My boat was spec'd for 4 blade props, but I found a set of 3 blade props that were very close and I used them as spares a couple times when I dinged my original props. Each time ran them for about a half season before I switched back the the originals when the boat was pulled at the end of the season. I could hardly detect the difference in how the boat ran or handled, except the RPMs were about 200 higher at cruise.
