I would follow up on this if I were you. If it was due to improper winterizing, not only should they be compensating you but I wouldn't let them winterize next Fall.

Yep, you always have to look at the brighter side of things. And sometimes we over think these issues and fear the worst, when 9 times out of 10 it's something simple and not to difficult. Glad your issue was solved.
