Yeah, that's why I'm going to rent one of these material lifts ( https://www.homedepot.com/p/rental/Sumn ... /309450521 ) to support it while me and my buddy disconnect each side. Then we can lower it an secure it for transport inside the cabin.

I'd be surprised if you could get it inside the cabin. Usually they're strapped down on the bow of the aft deck.

Update.
No issues using the material lift taking that arch off.
Got it to this point, then flipped it, restrapped it and adjusted the lift and guided her on down and secured for for transport.

I will say, now that I have the boat down on Texoma, I wet launched her off the transport trailer and pull the boat over to the marina and helped the two guys running their lift reinstall the arch. Much easier. Didn't take 20 minutes.
I had them pull it out of the water because I'm having a vinyl wrap kit coming in that I'm gonna put on it.
Noticed the impeller was a little loose and had two small dings in it.... ( I'm pretty sure I did it driving it up onto the transport trailer because I took his tail light off)... :banghead:
So now I need to figure out either replacement or sending it to Houston for a refurbish job...

Great job! Thanks for the update!

Could you estimate how heavy it was when you were moving it around?

We left the speakers on so it had some added weight. If I had to guess, I'd say between 350-400lbs with the speakers.

How did this all turn out? What did you use and do you have any tips? I'm about to do the same thing...
