We too were in that storm. Anchoured at Lost Bay with 3 other boats and just finishing dinner when it hit. Sail boats in the area clocked the winds at 62 Knts.and the Storm lasted approx 1 hour. Not the nicest thing to be in for sure. Is it my imagination or are the winds much higher this year on the bay.

Funny, they were saying that it would be gone a day after we signed off. Let me know when it finally goes just for interest sake please.

No, we haven't. Looked at a few and for reasons known only to the owners, the deals have fallen apart.
We just got home from a 2 week east coast vacation. We're taking a hard look at where we are and where we want to be.
We're not interested in getting back on a boat that is loaded with little surprises. Been down that road and not interested in a repeat. We are going to be taking a step back for now and see what spring brings.
