It's always nice just going down to the dock and enjoying our 'waterfront condo'! Good luck with your purchase.

I am glad you asked. No, this is not his listing price, its a total of quotes for REPAIRS needed per him (engine service, bottom job, 2 saloon AC's the lil ones, a gas tank sending unit etc). My Repair list is more realistic at

$20-$25K and includes the dead batteries and some upgrades to make it less trouble-some say next 2-3 years.
Twin Crusader gassers 8.1L Captains choice Fuel Injcted. (Port 104Hrs, STBD 106.7 HRS, Generator 132.1 Hrs)
2017 Model Dual Screen - 8" Hybrid touch Raymarines GPS and Radar. Auto Pilot, Tridata etc. All working and like new.
Bose Marine Audio all around.
Dingy, Davit, and 5hp 4-stroke Mercury included and installed. New upholstery in front and newer Isenglass (has receipts for $13K from 2016.
All service records, manuals, receipts, and all decorations included. Even the ice maker is working at helm; Hello Drinks!

The 350 Mariner is a nice boat.
The newer 396 is a really nice boat. If you are getting a good deal, I am sure you will be really happy with it!!

Let's just say, after repairs, it will cost me half of bluebook average retail. In regular market, I could not have afforded even a 1999 model 396. This came as a gift from God.
